Capture peak input URLs

For replicability purposes, it would helpful to have the EpiCompare reports document the links/paths to each peak file.

This could be done by users supplying named lists of links/path directly to EpiCompare and showing the full list (as opposed to just the list names as is done currently) in the Code step of the report.

Currently, the code is:
