Fixes #2182

cascade aggregation function, that emulate ROLLUP and CUBE
- created common methods with the apoc.agg.multiStats
other fixes: changed usage-apoc.agg.multiStats anchor

Tried with a db with 2,500,000 nodes, and the function returns the aggregation in ~15 seconds.
