2021 Product Management Survey on the current state-of-practice

About the survey

2021 Product Management Survey on the current state-of-practice. This survey is part of the Open University professional research project where Neil Chalk is examining Roadmaps and Software Product Management as part of his MSc in Technology Management.

All data held is anonymous, The raw data set and analysis cookbook will be shared once the survey data collection has completed. Unless noted otherwise all data will be shared as collected. This data will not be sold to any third party. Details of how to request the results once all the data collection has finished are at the end of this questionnaire.

This should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes. The survey is hosted on Google Forms.

This survey builds on the previous 2014 study The Preliminary Results from the Software Product Management State-of-Practice Survey by Maglyas and Fricker and the DEEP Product Maturity Model V1.1 By Munch, Trieflinger and Lang. It also uses the dimensions of the ISPMA v1.3 framework to define the activities a Software Product Manager may be invovled in.

This folder contains the R scripts and R Markdown files to pre-process the data, model it, and then produce the output from the analysis.

Copy of the anonymised raw data from Google Forms, and any tidied output data sets used in analysis.

Copy of any outputs of code analysis, e.g. image and HTML files, PDF and Word documents, or spreadsheets.
