Add Phosphor icons https://phosphoricons.com/ and stories.

TODO:

Decide on any out of the box styling solutions, if necessary. This PR contains an example of using the Phosphor IconContext to style icons which might be one thing to recommend so that people don't have to type out the weight every time.
Remove Stellar icons that are duplicates of the Phosphor icons. Some dupes might be useful though, tbd.
