Recession and housing prices

Using hypothesis testing to find out whether university town housing prices are less effected by recessions.

Hypothesis: University towns have their mean housing prices less effected by recessions. Running a t-test to compare the ratio of the mean price of houses in university towns the quarter before the recession starts compared to the recession bottom.

This is a Capstone Project for the Data Science in Python Certification on Coursera. It involves cleaning, merging, manipulating, and test for significance in data.
