MyIRE was created to become a public utility for scientific integrity: an interoperable, end-to-end solution for reproducible research.
The goal of MyIRE is to enable anyone, anywhere to reproduce entire studies at any scale with the click of a button while facilitating the highest standards for privacy, security, and compliance.
MyIRE includes a cross platform GUI, scientific API abstraction layer, and services which facilitate data storage capable of exascale processing.
These services can be run in a completely distributed fashion, on premise, or across clouds.
This repository contains the reference implementation of MyIRE embargoed at a quorom of votes on the MYR network of nodes which implement the MYR protocol.
This repository is licensed LGPLv3.
The license was chosen to allow a common development base for commercializable applications.
In accordance with LGPLv3 you may:
- redistribute myire with your apps (including official myire binary versions)
- release your applications which use official myire libraries under any license you wish
But you must:
- make clear in the documentation that your application uses myire
- release any modification of the myire libraries under the LGPLv3 license
In order to contribute to this repository, you will be required to sign a contributor's agreement which assigns copyright.
