removed class files and added gitignore

Fixing JSON JAR reference
Has a bug with list one class relationship. No clue how it's happening currently. Doesn't yet work with reworked relationships, that are unqiue by source/dest.
changed relationship to be src->dest
still doesn't account for new rel setup.
