removed class files and added gitignore

Bump junit:junit from 4.11 to 4.13.1 in /java2
This may only work on my machine. You may need to add your library to the path.
Has a bug with list one class relationship.
No clue how it's happening currently.
Doesn't yet work with reworked relationships,
that are unqiue by source/dest.
changed relationship to be src->dest
still doesn't account for new rel setup.
