An image converter that converts the RGB data of PNG images into a special indexed colour format used by the Super Jibby 2 palette-swap shader.
gms2 - A prototype made with GameMaker Studio 2. Has a barebones GUI and can only convert one image at a time.
vs - A command line tool that can batch convert multiple PNGs in a single directory.
