This is how I am running on my local machine, should be usable in the field. I am on Ubuntu through "WSL", windows subsystem. Note that the docker install for WSL is a bit weird, it works best to do the Windows install and that will naturally recognize that you are using WSL.
The original docker build did not work because the download link changed.

I was very annoyed that I couldn't get runpkr00 to run on my new field computer, then I saw a note with your name on the Unavco page. Very helpful, thank you.
I added some notes for myself then figured that other people could possibly find it useful as well.
