This change adds the add_to_token_introspection flag to the keycloak_openid_user_realm_role_protocol_mapper resource.

This flag was introduced in Keycloak v23: https://www.keycloak.org/docs/latest/release_notes/#more-flexibility-for-introspection-endpoint
