MMO Addons:

  • Changed how addons are listed.
  • Added Mr_Chibi'sMMO dungeons addon, NOT ready for use,

MMO Farming Worldgen:

  • Patched auto planting bug, when it would override items out players inventory even though it's been planted.
  • Patched Farming Bonus to give into Players inventory, bug report provided by, user5156000g from PMC.

MMO Hunter Skill:

  • Added Piglins, Piglin Brutes, Zombified Piglins & Hoglins into slain & exp stats of 35 exp.

MMO Mob HP Bars:

  • HP toggles when interacting with hostile mobs.
  • Added HP bars for mobs, custom names are also supported!

MMO Music Settings:

  • Added new themes such as "lost" & "cave/dungeon", created by, Mr_Chibi.

Introducing New tree type!!

  • Added Large Spruce Tree, costs 5 Nature Gylphs to spawn.

Magic Glyphs Changes:

  • Changed distance match with rendering on spawning custom trees.
  • Shoveling "minecraft:grass_block" or "minecraft:dirt" in spawn biome now spawns in a "water gylph".
  • Shoveling "minecraft:dirt" on surface or in water now spawns "minecraft:glowstone_dust".

Technical Changes:

Internal changes inside done to the datapack such as file movement, commands, and condensing down code.

  • 9/9/23, Started cleaning up "core.mcfunction", "organizing main mmo functions folder", and "updated page navigation for, stats and gamerules".
  • Added "multiplayer" folder for files such as, "gamerules" and "addons"
  • Removed any un-needed code.
  • Separated installation objectives.
  • Updated Users Settings added 3 pages of settings and organized everything else.
  • Updated Gamerules Settings and added better navigation.
  • Condensed code for music so more music can be added later or future updates.
  • Moved all leveling up code into advancements.mcfunction file per skill tree.

New Player Settings:

  • Added "rng_render_settings" for players to render in "RNG".
  • Added "rng render settings" Setting for players to load RNG into world for "new" mechanics default set to "3".
  • Added "MMO Music" setting under /trigger mmo_user_setting can be Enabled/Disabled per user, by "disabled by default".

New Custom Crafting:

  • Added MMO Custom Recipes back into datapack polished code and brought back into pack.
  • Added Crystal Ingots, Crystal Pickaxe, Crystal Axe, Crystal Hoe, Crystal Shovel, Crystal Sword Recipes.
  • Added Custom Recipes with "minecraft:dropper" acts same way as "crafting table".

New NoteBlock Music:

  • Added "Music" folder in "Sounds" folder.
  • Added "Mining" Music using noteblocks as cmd for plains biome. Noteblock sound track by, Mr_Chibi.
  • Added "Battle" Music using noteblocks as cmd for mob fighting. Noteblock sound track by, Mr_Chibi.

New MMO Worldgen:

Controls worlds drops such as Excavation or Mining.

  • Added "New" Mining/Excavation Mechanics into datapack. Can be disabled by loot gamerules.
  • Added "New" Block loot can now be controlled through out world from datapack.

  • Added "New" Mob loot can now be controlled through world from datapack.

New Farming Mechanics:

  • Added Auto Replanting for farming. For example, hold "minecraft:carrot" as your main hands "selected" and it will remove and plant automaticly.
  • Added torchflower_seeds to farming skill and stat experience players will gain 8 XP when Harvesting or planting.

How new mechanics work:

  1. Player Holds "Crop" in there "Mainhand"
  2. Once on soil and automatically plants it
  3. It removes from Players, Inventory.
  4. Reason why crop disappears out player's inventory is cause "crop" went into player's "mainhand" which toggles automatic planting. If it wasn't in "selected item slot" be able pickup normally.

New Farming Changes:

  • Added random chance for farming crops drop more crops on random chance can be unlocked when leveling up for each different crop.
  • Added Leveling message when next level to unlocking double crops.

New Excavation Changes:

  • Added Clay to excavation skill and stat experience players will gain 7 XP.

New Mining Changes:

  • Added End Stone to mining skill and stat experience players will gain 8 XP.
  • Added Mossy Cobblestone to mining skill and stat experience players will gain 3 XP.
  • Added Cobblestone to mining skill and stat experience players will gain 3 XP.

New Smithing Changes:

  • Added leveling up message for recipes to unlock.

New Woodcutting Changes:

  • Added Mangrove log to woodcutting skill and stat experience.
  • Added Cherry log to woodcutting skill and stat experience.
  • Added Stripped variants to treefaller and stat experience.

New Magic:

  • 9/9/23, Setup file structure.
  • Added Flame Glyph when mining netherrack flame glyph has a chance to spawn.
  • Added Water Glyph when digging clay in swamp biome water glyph has a chance to spawn.
  • Added Nature Glyph when mining deepslate nature glyph has a chance to spawn.
  • Added Wind Glyph when mining andesite wind glyph has a chance to spawn.

New Magic Cauldron Functionality:

  • Added particles to Cauldron.
  • Added "Splash" & "Throw" sounds when items come out Cauldron.

New Magic Cauldron Setup:

  • Place a "lit" campfire under "Cauldron" filled with water. Then recipes below can be done.

New Magic Cauldron Recipes:

Once Items are thrown into "Cauldron" and "right click" with brush.

  • Added Temp Recipe for obsidian [1 fire glyph, 1 water glyph] into Cauldron.

New Magic Nature Glyph Functionality:

  • Added Full Growth functionality using Nature Glyphs cost "5" per growth. (Right Click, crop to grow)

New Magic Time Glyph & Nature Glyph Functionality:

When using magic on the trees they have random chance being different trees, all trees will not be same spawn.

  • Added New Tree using magic costs 5 time glyphs & 5 nature glyphs use a "minecraft:brush". (Right click sapling to grow)

New Quests:

  • 9/19/23, Setup file structure.

  • 10/03/23, Setup Dialog functions and folders w/ list of files.
  • Villagers without jobs contain dialog when "right clicking"
  • Giving Villagers a job will Remove MMO Code you can do same as vanilla give them a Job and remove block to reset there dialogs.
  • Added Chat GUI. Player's can click and interact with to toggle more information from villagers.
  • Added Conversations, Quests, & Rewards.
  • Rewards grants players, custom items, XP Levels on the hotbar, experience for skills.

Bug Fixes:

  • Patched farming double crops with a chance of more crops dropping randomly.
  • Removed leaves from breaking on trees causes forest deforestation
  • Removed mmo_reward command.
  • Attempted to fix GUI above hotbar when holding a tool.
  • Removed "Quest Notify" Setting.
  • Patched Addon Feature when reloading. (MMO Loot, MMO Mobs) also patched addon feature.
  • Player Skills such as "Vein Miner" and "Tree Faller" are now locked behind leveling.
  • Separated "Vein miner" from "Tree Faller".
  • Patched "MMO Crafting" reduced the code and simplified everything.
  • Moved all "MMO Skills" into individual folders for each skill type.
  • Improved "Tree Faller", and "Vein Mining" when breaking a block with a tool.
  • Removed "mining", and "excavation" loot.
  • Removed All gamerule functionally for "hitpoints" skill. Players will gain hearts in survival from amount of feedback.
  • Patched Agility so players can toggle on/off Speed.
  • Removed [Hard Mode]
  • Removed Hitpoints Gamerule

Sixth, stable development version when I released more content into datapack for Minecraft version 1.18.2

I've been receiving comments recently about fishing.

Technical Changes:

  • Removed loot tables from fishing (No, one like the loot tables due amount of comments received about it.)
  • Reverted Fishing back to original Minecraft way.
  • More Fish you catch more experience you will gain. Just keep fish in your Inventory and more EXP will be gained.
  • Added one scoreboard change.

Technical Changes:

  • Added MMO Loot to addons.
  • Added Smithing Recipes for following levels:
  • level 5, turn raw_iron_block -> Iron_block when smelted in furnace NOT Blast Furnace.
  • level 10, turn raw_copper_block -> copper_block when smelted in furnace NOT Blast Furnace.
  • level 15, turn raw_gold_block -> gold_block when smelted in furnace NOT Blast Furnace.

Technical Changes:

  • Added "Magic" Skill!

How to enable magic?

  • Hold a "minecraft:book" on your offhand and "minecraft:fungus_on_a_stick" in your mainhand.
  • Then Select spell in chat and right click!

Does Spells have cooldowns?

  • Yes, spells have cooldowns foreach spell! They can only be casted one at a time even if you switch spells the cooldown must be complete before you can cast another spell!

Technical Changes:

  • Added new command /trigger mmo_reward
  • Removed Rewards Level up file.

MMO Rewards:

  • Can be toggled if [​Enable Quests] Feat is enabled.
  • Get Random loot rewarding player leather - netherite

Technical Changes:

  • Removed MMO Mobs
  • Removed few files
  • Added some new optimized code.

What is MMO Quests?!

  • Quests were a experimental feat I tested out! I brought them back, but as custom criteria for my MMO, they do grant rewards!
  • Doing Quest task and returning to quest villager will grant the Player loot / experience rewards!

What does this mean for server owners?
Server Owners can create quests! This feat can be enabled by via commands below:

  • /trigger mmo_menu
  • Select, [​gamerules]
  • Click, [​Enable Quests]
  • Next, do /trigger mmo_menu
  • Select [​Create Quest]
  • Finally Select [​Edit Quests]

It will display a list of quests the villager can have they reset once, player revisits the villager to complete the quest.

NEW Settings:

  • Added Quest Notifications! Can be disabled / enabled by user to see messages in chat.

Fifth, stable development version when I released more content into datapack for Minecraft version 1.17.1

NEW Hunter Mob RNG
When encountering random mob, the mob will have a chance at becoming a custom entity.
They can be powerful or weak depending on players' hunter level. The higher the level more random chance of getting a high leveled mob at random!

NEW Zombies, & Skeletons Lvl 11 - 69

  • Levels: Higher you go the mobs level increases by 2.
  • HP: For each higher level mob there health increases by 10.
  • Defense: for each higher mob there defense increases by 2. Example, If mob is lvl 3 there Def will be 5, but if it's lvl 7 it will be 7.0 defense.

How Do I enable this feat?

  • /trigger mmo_menu
  • Select, [Gamerules]
  • Scroll up select, ["Enable Hunter Mobs"]
  • Finally, Save Changes & Reload

NEW Tier Types:
For each armors there stats are randomized for each set. There's 4 tiers "Common", "Uncommon", "Rare", & "Legendary"!

  • Common: Beginner Tier Items
  • Uncommon: Common, but just different by a little.
  • Rare: Higher Stats on the armor or item.
  • Legendary: Max Tier of stats on item / armor.

NEW About Armor Types:

  • Leather: Lowest tier
  • Chainmail: Beginner tier
  • Iron: Basic tier
  • Gold: Middle tier
  • Diamond: Strong tier
  • Netherite: Highest tier

Removed Features:

  • Removed Skeleton Knights
  • Removed Skeleton Soliders
  • Removed Skeleton Archer
  • Removed Goblins

Introducing new Crystal Tools!

  • These tools drop from mobs very rarely, but have great perks along with them!

Certain Mobs such as, “Zombie”, “Skeleton”, and “Creepers” drop Crystal Tools, very rarely.

  • Crystal Tools (Pickaxe, Axe, Sword, Hoe, Shovel)

Introducing MMO Resource Pack!

  • Created, by a Rekn0wn & Myself!
  • Datapack now supports custom resourcepack for custom models that were coded into pack!

Crystal Hoe: Instant Plant Growth

  • Requires: Crystal Hoe in main hand while standing on crops. (ONLY CROP Wheat)

Crystal Pickaxe: Vein Miner:

  • When mining large veins of ores, this pickaxe can mine large veins without level 50 mining!

Crystal Axe: AutoSmelting Charcoal

  • Requires: Crystal Axe in main hand. Turns logs into charcoal and cannot be combined with treefaller.

MMO Ores Added:

  • Added Copper Ore to Mining
  • Added Deepslate Coal Ore
  • Added Deepslate Iron Ore
