feat: Update Forwarding Logic

Summary

• Changes were made server side to update the kit configuration to support a different way of defining what identities are sent to Kochava. This change remove teh old way that was still in effect and blocking the data, while ensuring only the identities defined in the settings are sent.

Testing Plan

• Tested locally and through to live stream. Data confirmed to have been received by Kochava and combined in one user rather than creating a new one.
