Each program that is part of this .tgz file can be run on its own, without running another other programs. All other necessary files, such as the header files are uploaded with this file as well. The Openssl package is also part of this file. All other header files such as stdlib.h, stdio.h, and string.h should be called/implemented if your computer can compile C files.
