Seems the best solution to keep translations of UI and help pages is https://crowdin.com/project/moneymanagerex

This service has two way GitHub synchronization. To update all .po files just one mmex.pot should be updated. Then all used .po files get additional records (all delete outdated). Then Crowdin updates i10n_master branch in my repo https://github.com/vomikan/moneymanagerex/ and send PR to master branch of my repo. I can accept it then send the changes to upstream.
