As both zh-mo and zh-tw use traditional chinese, I used the zh-tw file and credited its authors.

Should resolve #4949

The zh-mo is the same as zh-tw. This is good for me. Maybe it could be merged.

Actually they are different, zh-mo uses DD/MM/YYYY instead of YYYY/MM/DD as shown in zh-tw
