The residents will register themselves on the portal with help of official identity proof. Then they can report the complaints/issues to Municipal Corporation regarding the problems like construction, electricity, water, public transport etc. The corporate officials will receive the issues reported and will forward those requests to the following officials for the resolution. This will increase the transparency in the current system as the residents can also check the status of their requests now and then. Successful implementation of this system will help in reducing corruption, as all work data will be available on the system and not on the paper.
