Structure works, and SymPy is in place

I'm satisfied with all of the infrastructure. I'm fairly confident that the syntax of the configuration won't need to change any time soon. SymPy is the only set of menus that I'm happy with, but I've posted to it the SymPy mailing list, in hopes of getting a little feedback about it.
