This will get a moai website up at https://moai.github.io/moai-dev then there is a cname thing you can do to point getmoai.com here if you wish.

Refactor carousel to use data yml for configuration
Refactor games page to use template and posts in markdown format for display
Refactor docs to use a left nav, and a set of markdown posts for each doc section
Redcarpet creates phantom error messages.
This is only for my private dev fork; those 1000+ files were slowing down Jekyll
Also made carousel items clickable, leading to the corresponding item
in the Games section
Turns out kramdown doesn't easily support fenced code blocks
…(folders determine which section they go in, only one level deep, see sections.yml in data for section/folder names

Removed cloud stuff
replace unicode non breaking space in lua code blocks as it was breaking...
