A lot of redundant code in example files.

FMO

Have at least a smaller set of redundant things that are needed for all examples:
- Compile a third party library file, that is normally very stable.
- Try to do the same for the CSS that is used (but not maintained).
- Automate the compilation by using Grunt (currently), later some other tool.
