Frontend for LLVM to compile Mila code

LLVM frontend for pascal like language called Mila (very Pascal-like language with some features missing).

This work was created as a semestral work for course BI-PJP (Programming Languages and Compilers) at Faculty of Information Technology at Czech Technical University in Prague.

This work is not gonna be kept up to date with future releases of llvm, it was working with llvm 6.0.1-4 and llvm-libs 6.0.1-4 under AntergOS.
