Stratospheric damping rate bugfix

In version 1.1.1, the analytical damping rate (option equilibrium_tau_option='JFV') has been computed, but not actually added to tdamp, the damping rate used in the Newtonian cooling scheme. This version fixes that bug.

Citable versioning with DOI from Zenodo

This release is to add a citable DOI to this and all future versions of JFV-strat. The basic paper where the code has been developed, and therefore the important one to cite, is still Jucker, Fueglistaler, and Vallis (2014), doi 10.1002/2014JD022170. But for referring to a specific version of the code, the specific DOI from Zenodo should be used.

Coded analytical profiles without input files

Instead of using an external file, the analytical profiles of Jucker et
al JGR 2014 are now coded into hs_forcing.
The new Te can be obtained by selecting equilibrium_t_option=“JFV”.
The new tau can be obtained by selecting equilibrium_tau_option=“JFV”
