Welcome to the ptmerge wiki!

The ptmerge service allows users to merge two FHIR bundles containing patient records into one, comprehensive bundle. ptmerge operates on the assumption that the two bundles to merge have been identified as a "match", meaning that they most likely belong to the same patient.

Specifically, ptmerge offers the ability to:

  1. Initiate a new merge of two FHIR bundles
  2. Resolve merge conflicts between those two bundles
  3. Abort a merge
  4. Get information about a merge in-progress
