We won't be able to merge this change unless:

1. We upgrade Wagail to >=6.0.x
2. Wagtail sends out another release with a broader beautifulsoap4 range.

I also looked at the release notes of the beautifulsoap4 and there is no critical security fix that we might want right away, So, I'm closing this PR.
