Consistency analysis is a set of tools developed as an extension of the Constraint-Based Modeling toolbox cobrapy (https://github.com/opencobra/cobrapy).
It allows to perform:
- consistency analysis on Genome-scale metabolic models.
- gafilling of blocked reactions.
- construction of metamodels.
Pakage Dependencies:
- Cobrapy: https://github.com/opencobra/cobrapy.
- Networkx library: https://networkx.github.io/.
Installation:
- consistency-analysis does not need to be install.
