`NewIssue.md` template doesn't autocomplete `Assignees` anymore

Steps to Reproduce:

Hi, my extension used to support autocomplete on available Assignees when creating a new issue but after updating the extension, it suddenly stopped listing out assignees. For example, it used to list @thisisgit in the dropdown but not anymore:

Bad news is that I haven't updated the extension for a while and I can't point out at which version it started behaving like this.
While I could track down by installing previous versions one by one, I'm curious if this change was intended?
If not then I'll check which version caused this issue.
