This PR adds a boolean cloudy flag as an additional key in the sample to indicate a cloudy or non-cloudy day for the test data. This information is used in the evaluation of the test set in the paper.

TODO:

  • the aux information of dates and cloudiness should be added to the hdf5 file, that would make it easier, with less files
