Cleaned up metadata production and activity counts

This is in preparation of Anya's work to clean up the activity counts plots

Mostly a release to get an up-to-date zenodo link.
Still to do:

• multiple fans at one point
• adapt for number of classifications

Fnotch release

The fnotching (combining of fan and blotches) works for the first time realiably, it seems. But I need to rework the way I store the clusters to enable storing of all ground points for the map projection, not only the base coordinates, but the coordinates that make up the whole shape.
