The whole demo site is, in general, public to edit, except few sensible pages where an ACL rule apply
Do you want to edit something? try creating any page or see what changed

in a reStructuredText page you simply link another page appending an underscore slug_ or `the page title`_ (if the target isn't explicitly defined, it will be interpreted as an internal link)
Btw, Waliki supports pages in any namespace
