Title: Improving the accessibility

Fixes: #42

Description: Fixed some accessibility issues and improved the accessibility that includes the following changes:

  • Adding proper names to the button
  • Adding proper title to
  • Adding proper labels to textarea

As you can see, the accessibility improved from 53 to 100.

This fixes #42 Request.
