v0.1.1 First release

It seems it is mostly functional now, so better release something now instead of postponing it till version 1.0

What works:

• creating and managing lists
• subscriptions, permissions restrictions for subscriptions and posting
• receiving posts and sending them to subscribers (basic mailing list stuff)
• managing user requests
• optional web server, no javascript with archives and sign in
