Release 0.7.0 - Matplotlib 3.4 Support

This is the first release that will fully support the upcoming matplotlib 3.4

Added support improved keyhandling in matplotlib 3.4: #310 (@tacaswell)
Update the integration with ipython #305 (@ianhi)
