rv32-soc

My approach at a simple RISC-V SoC based on picorv32.

The goal of this project is to build a simple SoC providing basic peripherals such as GPIO, UART and SPI. For evaluation on an FPGA, a Xilinx Spartan 6 on a Mojo V3 board is used.
