- use "lowercased()" would hadnle like "Ture", "YES", etc...
- change "decodeBoolFromNSNumber()" can handle like a:11 -> true, a:-11 -> false
- change "decodeTruthyString()" can handle like a:"11" -> true, a:"-11" -> false
