Beeftext-combo-settings-for-German-content-authors

Following the article here https://tgm-online.de/blog/sonderzeichen working around the limitations of Windows imposed upon the user who wants to format text in German, using Beeftext https://beeftext.org/ as a workaround for a severely limited keyboard input.
The Combos come in two flavours: unicode entities, which is the original, and html entities, which I wanted to try out having as well. The folder structure for separating them made more sense than keeping them next to each other.
