0.1.3: Correct Flags section of readme (#16)

This updates the flags section of the readme to match what is returned by version 0.1.2.

The main reason behind this is that `--tiller-namespace` is now `--tiller-ns`
as of https://github.com/maorfr/helm-backup/pull/8
