WHMCS TidioChat Integration Module

Description

This module integrates Tidio Chat with WHMCS, enabling better customer support and engagement. Tag your clients based on their activity status within WHMCS and more.

Features

  • Auto Tagging: Automatically tags clients as "WHMCS Active Client" or "WHMCS Inactive Client" based on their active services.
  • Client Identification: Sends client information like email, name, and phone number to Tidio Chat.

Requirements

  • WHMCS 8.x or above
  • PHP 8.x or above

Installation

  1. Download the repository as a ZIP file.
  2. Extract the ZIP file into your WHMCS installation under modules/addons.
  3. Rename the extracted folder to tidiochat_whmcs, making sure to remove the branch name from the folder name.
  4. Log in to your WHMCS admin panel, navigate to the addons section, and activate the module.

Usage

  • Auto Tagging: Tags are automatically added when the client is on the WHMCS dashboard.
  • Client Identification: When a client logs in, their data is sent to Tidio automatically for better customer support.
