Not sure if this is desired at all, but curious if there's interest in supporting these files. Definitely needs some cleanup before it could be merged.
All tests pass for Matroska files with only one track that is FLAC. tests/flac/dr_flac_mkv.c created to be able to test an mkv with a video track in addition using ffmpeg as the reader to compare to.
