Adds regular expression command line option

• Added new command line option (-regex) to only display or record relevant messages.

Notes

• Binaries are included for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows, and 64-bit Linux if you don't want to compile from source.
• Binaries were built using the Go 1.18.3 compiler
• Rename the appropriate binary and place it where the operating system will find it.
