Added subdomain proxy config for actual-server
Description
Actual is a personal finance tool and this PR provides the proxy config for the actual-server.
Benefits of this PR and context
Adds support for running the actual-server behind the proxy as a subdomain.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested this in my own environment with the actual-server running in docker as well.
