Tested Mac Models

This page reports those models where mbpfan was tested successfully. It does not necessarily mean that the daemon does not work on non-listed models.

If you don't already know your Mac's product name and CPU, use these commands:

$ sudo dmidecode --string system-product-name
$ grep 'model name' /proc/cpuinfo

You can find the year from your model ID using the search feature at: https://everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/.
