单个下载线程下载完成后，remove掉了outputStreamMap中的outputstream。没有更新noSyncLengthMap。
获取noSyncLengthMap的size后的逻辑，noSyncLengthMap和outputStreamMap也可能已经变化。

因此：1. 加入同步锁，在同步方法中close流和remove，2. 对map的读操作也添加锁。
