Changes:
- rich-destiny no longer runs as a Windows service. If installed in a subdirectory of C:\Users\yourname\ it should transition automatically. Your status will indicate problems with the transition, if there are any after 1 restart of the program running v0.2.15 or newer. If there are issues with this, please report them in #rich-destiny on Discord. Thanks a lot.

- Add the first implementation of the Very Important Status Message™️! This will be used in the future to indicate if any user intervention (such as logging in again) is required, and only shows up during gameplay, or permanently on the control panel. I hope you never see it ;).
- rich-destiny will now open a browser tab when you start the game and your authentication details have expired.
- Add a new error handler that will keep your log file cleaner by preventing error spam!
- rich-destiny no longer requires Administrator permission to run!
- Installation has been updated and improved and should now be more stable, and better supports reinstallation and an already running rich-destiny.
