Added Mac OS X build to Lib folder CMakeList.txt files. Added a CPU_MATLAB simulation engine for those that don't have IPP/FW installed and want to test-drive MRiLab. #18

Title says most all of what's there. Hope this helps you with MRiLab. I am hoping to get access to the magnet, coil and sequence interfaces but I haven't managed that quite yet. Perhaps I have to install the ISMRSD? library.

…10.13.4). The build system was a 3GHz i7 with 8GB RAM. Several CMakeLists.txt files were modified to get it to build. This was my initial build effort and it ONLY gets basic CPU scan simulation working. I also committed notes on the Mac OS X library install and build procedure as well as binary versions of the compiled Mac OS X libraries for MATLAB.
