This pull request updates 2 things

Some UCD MIB implimentations don't support there ErrorFlag attributes and therefore they not always exists (perl undefined variable errors)
The CPU Stats (aka systemStats) is presented as table and should be processed like it. Otherwise some UCDMIB agents won't return the results.
