* Removing dotnet measure eval service, since it's replaced by the java measure eval service * Removing unused root pipelines * `azure-nuget-package-source.yaml` was for when we were using nuget to store the Shared project, which we no longer are * `azure-pipelines.account.cd.yaml` this is already in the Azure_Pipelines directory and that is what the Azure Pipeline is based on - this is a duplicate * `azure-pipelines-link-botw2.yml` this is an old file with pattens that no longer work * Removing docker-compose-kafka-and-ui since these services are already in the main `docker-compose` file
