Topic names ultimately need to be supplied to the `@KafkaListener` annotation as constants. I.e., we can't use these helpers for that purpose.
This will help disambiguate abstract resource *entities* (encompassing `PatientResource` and `SharedResource`) from abstract resource *records* (encompassing `ResourceAcquired` and `ResourceNormalized`).
Consolidate logic between the `ResourceNormalized` and `ResourceAcquired-Error` consumers.
