Cloud9 for development Heroku for production

This repository doesn't include Twitter API key. To use Oauth, you need make '.env' file.

echo 'TWITTER_API_KEY="fill_in"' >> .env
echo 'TWITTER_API_SECRET="fill_in"' >> .env

Then, fill_in your Twitter API KEY and SECRET.
