Add etcd basic auth support for CoreDNS provider

Description

Add support for passing basic auth credentials to the CoreDNS provider for connecting with etcd.

Introduces the new environment variables

• ETCD_USERNAME
• ETCD_PASSWORD

Fixes #2616
