Adding reference to go-gpdb tool, this helps for quick and easy setup of GPDB / GPCC on local Vagrant VM's. This is handy for checking out features / test databases etc
+ Travis Failed on my pull request, do to broken link on the readme. + The PG Conference youtube link (https://www.youtube.com/pgconfus/) doesn't work anymore, updated the new link to help the travis succeed.
