With more than 2 decades of experience, he brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, consultative approach, innovation dimension, data-driven decision making, people leadership, deep data science expertise coupled with industry experience with an open mindset to help build and scale businesses and outcomes for customers. He has industry experience in Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Retail & CPG, and other industries using Machine Learning methods.

In the last 10~12 years, Kamal has focused on building products and solved business use cases using Data Science extensively. He is recognized globally as Certified Master Data Scientist from "The Open Group". His implementations span across the areas of Predictive Maintenance, Anomaly Detection, Classification, Forecasting, Clustering, Recommender Systems demonstrating real-life solutions creating impact. He has 2 patents, 4 defensive publications, 20+ published blogs on various publication forums through the medium, presented as a keynote speaker, acted as a moderator in CXO forums.

He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from VSSUT, one year Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta, one year CBA/AMPBA from Indian School of Business(affiliation with Kellogg, Wharton, LBS). He has also completed a Certification program on Predictive Analytics from IIT Hyderabad and completed a 6 month specialization in Reinforcement Learning from Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore.
